August Systems Attends CEDIA Convention

August Systems is proud to announce their return from the CEDIA EXPO 2002, an expo of various new home technologies and training sessions geared to Electronic Custom Installation Firms in Minneapolis, MN. Gary Miller, Dan Ellebracht, and Bridgid Miller completed various technical training sessions, new product introductions, and sales and marketing seminars.
Bridgid Miller from August Systems states “It was an exciting week. We love being able to see the new trends in home electronics, as well as the chance to brainstorm with other firms in our industry to improve our business. We feel it is vital in our industry to constantly try and improve our installations and technical knowledge, and attending conventions such as the CEDIA EXPO allows us to do that.”
Some of the training seminars that they attended included, “Understanding Wired Lighting Systems and Control”, “High end Home Theater Parts I and II,” “ Panasonic Phone Systems I, II, and III”, “Thinking Really Big, the 20,000,000 Installation”, and “Designing User Interfaces”. These classes each offered unique perspectives into the wide variety of electronic home systems that August Systems installs.
Since 1996, August Systems is Mid-Missouri’s only full service home systems company. They specialize in designing, installing, and integrating structured wiring,lighting control, whole house audio systems, home theater, and security systems.
